To God Be The Glory For All Of His Wonderful Blessings! Thanks be to
God for allowing us to have such a successful and blest Ninth Grand
Assembly. Thanks to each of you that participated and helped to make
it such a beautiful occasion, This was our First York Rite
Convention and as such, we learned valuable lessons to help improve future
conventions. However, I strongly feel that we all came away knowing
that the concept works and both time and money were saved by all involved.
Royal Matrons and Companion Guardians my appreciate and gratitude to each
of you for the confidence you have shown in me by choosing me to lead this
great organization for another year. Again I pledge to represent,
uphold and advance the cause of the Ladies of the Circle of Perfection to
the best of my abilities. Thanks to each of you for your
cooperation and hard work in 2005 and I know that working together in this
same spirit. the year 2006 will prove to be even more successful.
1. The first Executive Board Meeting/Educational
Workshop Day for the year will be held April 8, 2006 at Rameses Temple
(4919
Beatties Ford Road) in
Charlotte, North Carolina. Devotion will be at 9:45 AM and the
meeting will start promptly at 10:00 AM. All
of the above named persons are
requested to please be present along with all other Royal Matrons and

Each Court need to be represented to receive updated materials and new

materials for those in attendance. Each Court Lecturer and
Royal Perfect Matron are asked to serve as
Team Leaders for their

but may be as large as the Court

2. The Wearing Of Capes In Subordinate Courts: It
has come to the attention of the Grand Court that there are members who
have had
their own personal capes made
and are wearing these capes to their Subordinate Court Meetings.
These members are improperly
dress and this practice should
be stopped immediately. In a Subordinate Court, there should
be a Short Cape (no longer than just
below the waist) for the
five following officers:
1. Royal Perfect Matron
2. Royal Deputy Matron
3. Royal Principle Conductress
4. Royal Associate
Conductress
5. Royal Conductress of Ceremonies
These five short capes for
these officers should belong to the Court as part of the Court's paraphernalia
and not the individuals. No
other member of a
Subordinate Court should wear a cape. Grand Court Officers do not
wear capes in their Subordinate Court
Meetings unless they are
one of the above listed officers and then they would wear the cape
belonging to the Court. Please
members, adhere to the
rules and regulations for North Carolina and dress accordingly.
