1997 - 2005

The Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, the female adoptive rite of the Prince Hall Grand Council Royal and Select Masters, Jurisdiction of North Carolina was established July 13, 1997 in Greensboro, North Carolina at Morning Star  Lodge #691. 

Before the Prince Hall Grand Court was formed 18 ladies and 3 companions traveled to Philadelphia, PA in April of 1996 to Queen Esther Grand Court where Mary Lou Gregory served as the Royal Grand Perfect Matron.   Those ladies and companions were initiated as Susie P. Rankin Court No. 19 UD, PA. and was the first Court to be formed in the State of North Carolina.  Currently there are (6) six Subordinate Courts  in the Jurisdiction of North Carolina.

There First Annual Royal Grand Greeting was held on February 27 & 28, 1998 at the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

This Order was founded upon the teaching of the Holy Bible and is emphasized in every aspect of those teachings, while encouraging and influencing the members to do the good works that would fulfill our mission.

The objectives of the Prince Hall Grand Court Ladies of the Circle of Perfection is fraternal, educational, charitable and benevolent involving female members of the Order of the Eastern Star and those Royal & Select Masters desiring of affiliation with this great Order.
