PROCLAMATION #1
June 15, 2006

TO:    Grand Court Officers - Elected and Appointed, PGMAM's, PGMWJ's,
           Most Ancient Matrons, Most Worthy Joshuas, Heroines and Companions.

The Executive Board Meeting will be held on July 29, 2006 at Mt. Olive Lodge in Chapel Hill, N.C.  Devotion will start at 9:45 AM with the meeting beginning at 10:00 AM.  I encourage all members to arrive on time.  The following committees will be active for 2006-2007.  Additional committees will be appointed  for the General Grand Conference at the meeting.  Please contact the committee chair of the committee which you would like to serve on.

The 2006 Grand Session was conducted in a timely manner and I anticipate the 2007 session to do so also.   A report from the General Grand Conference will be presented at the Executive Board Meeting.

The Website is a good source to keep up with announcements and I encourage you to visit often. 

Court directories will be given out at the Executive Board Meeting.
